What's up with your name? My name is pure music. I've been told that it Sounds made up, and that's because it is. But also, it's my actual name. It is embedded with stories and memories too. I was named after a song- the steppenwolf live version of "Corina, Corina". When I became a parent, I decided I wanted to carry on this family tradition. My child was given the middle name Jane, after the velvet underground song "Sweet Jane". Some years later, life circumstances put me into a position for a name change. I decided to take the last name jane in order to share a name with my child. The song "Jane says" played on the radio and my child said "mommy, you can have a jane song too." so i did. I became corina jane, and "jane says" became my Jane song. When I decided to create my own business, I decided to name it in honor of these histories. And so it was that jane says therapy was born.
